We are looking for a bright and energized EP to harness the rising success of our London office.

About Us:

London Alley is a young, vibrant production company known for its dominance in international music videos and commercials for youth culture and lifestyle brands. Our clients span global names in music and advertising, from artists such as Kendrick Lemar and Rihanna to brands including Adidas, Puma and Havana Club. Our roster and approach to production has enabled us to carve out a strong identity for creating fresh, relevant and engaging films that resonate with young audiences.

As the successful candidate, you will have a passion for music, film, and photography, well referenced with an eye for talent and the ability to creatively collaborate and push the Directors’ concepts to their absolute fullest potential. A background in production is essential, preferably with experience in both music videos and commercials. This needs to be accompanied by an entrepreneurial drive to build on London Alley’s current successes.  You will need to possess a gung-ho approach to finding production solutions for a variety of projects from the more challenging, creatively rewarding, films to complex multi-market productions with multiple deliverables. You will also need to keep our family of freelance producers current and attentive, alongside a growing database of cutting-edge researchers, writers and collaborators.

Who You Are:

You will be responsible for managing and targeting our sales team, OB Management, while also being proactive in regular personal sales meetings and developing client relationships. New business from agencies and brands is a priority, so it’s important to be competent in proactively looking for opportunities and leading pitches. You will maintain a close, in-depth relationship with our roster of directors with a thorough understanding of their projects, craft and ambitions.

The role would include:

**Overseeing the day to day workings of a busy Production Company
**Bidding jobs and providing support for Directors with their treatments
**Building and maintaining relationships with agencies, brands and labels
**Sourcing and signing new talent
**Developing and nurturing existing talent
**Creating, driving and achieving clear strategies and goals
**Maintaining presence from a PR perspective online and in industry publications
**Managing detailed financial & creative oversight of multiple jobs simultaneously
